How do I sign in?
Open the product and choose Google or your work email. With email you can set a password or have a sign-in link sent to your inbox. Open that link on the same device you asked from.
How do I add someone to my team?
Open your organization page and create an invite link, then send it to them. When they sign in through it they join your organization and see the markets it already has.
How often does the map update?
Every morning. New filings are taken in early, so the map is current before the working day starts.
Can I get my pipeline out?
Yes. The pipeline exports to CSV at any time, so nothing you build in Huff is held there.
A job on the map looks wrong. What should I do?
Write to hello@huffintel.com with the name of the job or a link to its page. Filings are shown as they were filed, so some mistakes start at the source, and we still want to hear about every one.
You do not cover where we sell. Can I ask for a market?
Yes. Name it on the demo form or write to us. We open the next market in the order teams ask for it, and we write to everyone waiting on a market the day it opens.
